John F. Kerscher received his B.A. in political science from Marquette University in 1968 and his J. D. from Marquette in 1972. He has over thirty years of experience in all fields of civil and criminal litigation, including the privilege of arguing, successfully, on behalf of a Plaintiff Appellant before the Supreme Court of the State of Wisconsin in the landmark case of Sorenson v. Jarvis 119 Wis.2d 627, 350 N.W. 2d 108 (Wis 1984). He currently concentrates his practice to the areas of personal injury, estate planning and probate, asset protection and real estate. Attorney Kerscher is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, and the Federal District Court trial bars for the Eastern and Western District Courts of Wisconsin.

Attorney Kerscher has always been actively involved in the community, and is currently a board member for MARCO Services, Inc., a drug and alcohol treatment center, and Peter’s Pantry, a non-profit food pantry, both in Manitowoc, Wisconsin.
